I joined Fluix design team as Product designer. I contributed to design of web admin portal, clients iOS app and marketing. Mine main areas of responsibility were:

The most challenging about working at Fluix was onboarding and feature discovery, so one of the major projects I’ve worked on was onboarding tour. Usually our sales and customer success teams onboarded new users providing white-glove experience. Our goal was to create self-onboarding for small teams, so they could explore product with small and explanations without strict limitations. I interviewed our customer facing managers, so they would explain how their call usually goes, and together with product manager and head of design we itterated on how we could translate face-to-face onboarding into interfaces. We ended up with the flow, where users would get a multistep guide that with gentle hints would lead user to the account activation. Later this experiment was replaced with opt-out demo call.
