Yolkk was a product that integrated the patient, clinics, and pharmaceuticals into a single system of personalised medicine. MVP of iOS app for patients was available in Ukrainian and russian AppStores.

In collaboration with my partner, I conducted interviews with various individuals to gather insights on their experiences following doctors' prescriptions. I performed competitor research and identified numerous potentially valuable features, which I documented in the User Story Board. Additionally, I created a User Journey Map.

I designed MVPs for both the patient and doctor applications, along with a template for a paper doctor's prescription. Furthermore, I conducted a design review for the initial release of the patient's app on the App Store.

The feedback from users was encouraging; they praised the app for its intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and appreciated how well it met their needs for tracking medications.

Despite the positive feedback, we were not entirely satisfied with the overall results. After careful consideration and analysis, we decided that the project did not meet our expectations and strategic goals. Consequently, we made the difficult decision to close the project.
